Donations

All donations are final and non-refundable. Once processed, we cannot issue refunds under any circumstances.
Donations support server hosting, maintenance, and future development. No goods or services are guaranteed in return.

Liability Disclaimer

secvers provides the Minecraft server "as-is" and assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from its use.
We are not liable for any issues caused by gameplay, including but not limited to crashes, bugs, data loss, or exploits.
Use of the server is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to back up your data and understand the risks of an anarchy environment.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable local regulations.
